Coffee chaff compound is a product made from coffee pulp, a waste from  the coffee roasting process.  It is a combination of three groups of plastics, including BIOPLASTICS, COMMODITY PLASTIC, and RECYCLED PLASTICS, to create a variaty of products.  Not only it helps to reduce industial waste, but also it is tranformed into valuable  products. The combination of the coffee chaff and the bioplastics (BIOCOFF) can lower bioplastics manufacturing costs leading to more competiveness in the market.

Coffee chaff compound เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตจากเยื่อกาแฟซึ่งเป็นกากของเสียจากกระบวนการการคั่วกาแฟมาใช้ประโยชน์ โดยนำมาผสมรวมกับพลาสติก 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ BIOPLASTICS, COMMODITY PLASTIC และ RECYCLED PLASTIC เพื่อนำไปใช้ขึ้นรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ซึ่งนอกจากเป็นการช่วยลดปริมาณของเสียจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้แล้ว ยังสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีมูลค่าได้อีกด้วย การนำเยื่อกาแฟมาผสมกับพลาสติกชีวภาพ (BIOCOFF) สามารถช่วยลดต้นทุนของการผลิตพลาสติกชีวภาพลง ส่งผลให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความสามารถในการแข่งขันเชิงพาณิชย์ได้เพิ่มมากขึ้น
